Vishnu Varah Temple Majholi

The temple built in the 11th century and later destroyed was rebuilt in the 17-18th century, whose shikhara is not in the original form. The temple is east-facing, outside which ancient idols are embedded in the walls and ramparts. There is a pillar in front of the door, on which there is a marking of Dashavatar. In the door branches of the temple, there is a depiction of Makar Vahini Ganga and Kachhap Vahini Yamuna and in the middle, Yoga Narayan is sitting in Padmanas. And both the Navagrahas are displayed on the wooden doors of the temple. There is also a deity ornamentation. In the square sanctum of the temple, there is a standing huge statue of Yagya Varah of 11th century, under which Sheshnag with Amritghat on the post and his wife is displayed behind him, above Sheshnag and Varah Yog Narayan is in Padmanas under the muzzle of Varaha, Dev Muni, Siddha and Gandharva are ornamented on the body. The idol is of great archaeological importance.
